Student activities and outings allow students of more than 50 nationalities to meet, share their cultures, their interests and to build friendship during friendly or festive moments.
Student club
Different activities are proposed by IFM and its student club: after study drinks, Christmas Party, Boat Party, cocktails, evenings, ski trips, ice skating, football, theatre or cultural visits. Annual trips to some important European cities such as: Barcelona, Paris, Prague, London, Berlin, etc are organised.

The area around IFM is cultural and lively: numerous museums, art centres and art galleries are nearby.
Across the City of Geneva, you will find a wide range of shows, cinemas, concert halls and theatres. Numerous restaurants, bars, fast-food restaurants, lounge bars are located around IFM. Sports
Geneva and its surroundings offer numerous indoor and outdoor activities. More than 50 sports are based in and around the city, including rafting, horse-riding, tennis, climbing and football amongst others. Geneva is located by the biggest lake in Europe on which many water sports are available such as: rowing, diving, sailing, water-skiing. In winter, there are many ice rinks where it is possible to enjoy ice hockey. For amateurs of winter sports, Geneva is situated only an hour or two away from the best ski resorts (Verbier, Crans-Montana, Gstaad, Megève, Chamonix). For those who prefer to watch sports, there are numerous fascinating events such as "The Golden Bowl" regatta on the lake, the Davis Cup, the International Triathlon Competition, The International Motor Cross Championships...
