The Business Administration programme (BBA) gives students very good structural and
environmental knowledge of companies. This programme associates the development of
knowledge, organisational and management competencies.
The students learn how to analyze a problem, to evaluate information and to use different
resources when making decisions. They will study management, the financial flows of the
company and the process of creating a business model. They will see how cultural
differences and ethic criteria may influence negotiations in a changing environment.
The
students acquire the essential managerial skills and the capacity of adaptation necessary
to confront different company situations. Thus, IFM students acquire the necessary tools in
order to face a multitude of company situations and the essential managerial skills.
This programme prepares students for the challenges of globalisation, competition, new
technologies and the internationalisation of recruitment. More than teaching the traditional
qualities of a manager, IFM pays particular attention to fostering entrepreneurial creativity
and the ability to master economic, technical and social changes.
This programme offers an excellent mix of theory and practice. IFM professors have
extensive academic background and different professional experiences as directors,
managers or consultants. They will bring you a practical and updated approach to
management. Speakers will also share their experiences with you during company conferences, and visits to companies will be organised.
The University encourages
students to develop their potential and their entrepreneurial spirit in order to become active
and professional members of a multicultural society.
