IFM is one the first Business School in Europe to offer a major in Family Business. The curriculum of this Bachelor has been developed in interaction with family businessmen, entrepreneurs and subject experts. This programme is mainly for the next generation of family business owners so that they can get professional education in management.

This BBA is interdisciplinary and gives a solid foundation of all aspects of business. Then, the specialisation provides students with knowledge and skills to understand ways to manage family organisations and business interaction, to increase business performance, to make right investment choices, to make strategic decisions and to achieve growth of the business and sustainability. The course explores the family business continuity challenges, leadership skills, best management practices, career and personal issues found in family-owned and managed companies.
