By payment slip (for residents of Switzerland) available at Administration office.

Credit Cards : to pay by credit card, please do so at the University Administration Office.
Please note that there is a supplement charge of 5% for each credit card transaction

In Person : If you would prefer to pay in person, the administration opens from 09.00-12.00, 14.00-17.00, Monday to Friday.


Refund policy
a. If the Swiss Authorities deny the visa and if the student has not started attending classes, the university will refund 100% of the tuition fees paid but not the non-refundable registration fees and CHF 1000.-. administrative fees will be deducted.
b. In case of another type of cancellation, the university will refund the tuition fees which have already been paid, with the exception of the first installment and the registration fees according to the scale below:
b.1. If the cancellation is received at least 2 months before the beginning of the courses, the university will refund 100% of the tuition fees.
b.2. If the cancellation is received less than 2 months before the beginning of the courses, the university will refund the tuition fees but not the first term fees.
c. There is no refund, if a student has started the academic year and if the cancellation is received more than two weeks after the beginning of the courses.
c.1.There is no refund, if a student delays his/her program entry, then delays it again and/or cancels his/her registration.

Scholarships
No scholarships or financial aid available.

Accomodation
Fees do not include accomodation.
